The things you used to do without thinking — playing on the floor with your grandkids, a full day on your feet at the market, a hike you didn't have to plan around your knees. They're still there. This is how you get back to them.

This is your chance to become a Founding Member of MOVE Smarter: 6 Weeks to YES. You'll receive Leanne's personal guidance at the lowest price this program will ever be offered.
Only a limited number of Founding Member spots are available. Once they're filled, this price is gone.
I say no more than I say yes now.
To invitations, to trips, to afternoons you used to say yes to without a second thought.
I've tried on my own, but I lose momentum.
You've watched videos, started routines, meant to keep going — and then life happened, and you stopped.
I don't need a miracle. I need a plan and some company.
Not another program you do alone in silence — real accountability, real people, a real six weeks.
There's no single "right way" to do any of this. We have a good sense of what will likely work — but every body adjusts it a little differently, and that's exactly the point. What we're really building is your own awareness: slowing down enough to notice what shifts, even slightly, each time you move. That noticing — the feel of ease starting to replace effort — is what actually changes old habits, not repetition for its own sake.
And that skill doesn't stay in the exercises. Once you've learned to really listen to your body here, you start using that same awareness everywhere else — at your desk, in the garden, walking to the car. The movements are just where you practice it first.
Week 1
We start by understanding exactly what's hard for you right now — not a generic program, a starting point built around your actual life.
Week 2
Small, brain-based movements that help you notice habitual patterns your body has learned — and gently begin changing the ones that aren't serving you anymore.
Week 3
We connect what you're practicing to the actual moments you named wanting back — stairs, the car, the grandkids.
Week 4
Many people start noticing a shift around here — exercises that felt effortful in week one begin to feel more natural. Everyone's timeline is a little different.
Week 5
With a foundation in place, we introduce a little more challenge — always paced to you, never generic.
Week 6
We close by building a simple, sustainable practice you can keep going with well after the program ends — plus a plan for what's next.
One focused, 1-hour class a week with Leanne, live — not a pre-recorded video you watch alone. Expect real conversation, a few laughs, and the kind of energy that makes learning to move again genuinely fun, not just another exercise class.
Can't make it live, or want to revisit something? Every session is recorded so you can watch again at your own pace.
A space to ask questions, share wins, and be around others who understand exactly what this takes.
Simple check-ins between classes — how you feel before and after each practice, and whether everyday moments like the stairs or a walk start to feel a little easier. That awareness is where the real change happens.
Every new way your body can move is another option you didn't have before — another way to sit, reach, get up, carry, play. More options is more freedom: the freedom to say yes to a trip, an afternoon on the floor with a grandchild, a hike you'd normally sit out.
It's also prevention, not just repair. The more aware you become of how your body actually feels — before something hurts, before something gives out — the more you can catch and change what's not working, long before it becomes a real problem.
By the end, the goal isn't just feeling better for six weeks. It's becoming your own advocate — paying your body the same attention and care you'd give someone else you were looking after.
This work started with our son, Callum. When we realized he needed extra support, a friend of a friend introduced our family to the Anat Baniel Method — and it changed everything.
I trained intensively to become a Certified ABM NeuroMovement Practitioner, at first purely to help him. Partway through that training, I realized the same approach was transforming my own body too.
My husband Dale saw the change in both of us and became a certified practitioner himself — his own chronic back and shoulder pain disappeared along the way. We've spent years now watching this method change lives, including our own family's, and that's exactly why we built this program.
— Leanne
Say Yes to Life is brand new — you'd be part of our very first group. But the approach it's built on is the same one Leanne and Dale have used with clients for years. Here's what it's done for some of them.
After 20+ years of fibromyalgia and arthritis pain that had taken away her ability to garden or keep up with her grandkids, Darlene was able to spend hours in the garden again after just six sessions — and actually run after her grandkids at the park.
Darlene Jenkins, Penticton
After a serious brain injury in her teens, Marnie regained the ability to walk without pain and ride a bike again — something she says gave her "freedom back to her life."
Marnie Gaudet, Osoyoos
After years of severe chronic pain that left her using a walker, Yvonne is walking and driving unassisted again, and describes finally feeling like she has her life back.
Yvonne LaBounty, Rock Creek
Thirteen years after a severe car accident, Chantelle didn't think more mobility was possible — until she found herself walking over 17,000 steps in a single day.

These are results from individual and group sessions with Leanne and Dale over the years, not from the Say Yes to Life program itself. Individual results vary.
Because this is a live group, not a self-paced course — who's in the group matters. The short application helps Leanne understand where you're starting from and make sure the group works well for everyone in it.
No problem at all — every class is recorded, so you can watch it back at your own pace and never fall behind, even if live attendance isn't possible some weeks.
Many people in past programs have joint replacements or old injuries — the application asks about this specifically so Leanne can understand your situation. We'd still recommend checking with your own doctor or physiotherapist before starting anything new.
No. It's a one-time program with a single payment. Nothing renews automatically after the six weeks.
You'll answer one short question at a time — no long form to stare at. You'll see the full investment before submitting. Leanne and the team review every application personally and follow up within 2 business days. Applying doesn't commit you to joining or require any payment.
Six weeks gives you a focused period of guided practice and support. Your progress depends on your starting point, participation, and individual circumstances — we can't promise a specific outcome. The goal is meaningful progress toward what matters to you, plus a practice you can keep going with afterward.
Applications are reviewed personally by Leanne. No payment required to apply — just a few honest questions, one at a time.
